• Discovery

This is a planning stage, the one on which depends the workflow of the entire project. It involves research and learning about target audience, brand, business objective etc.

The relevant insights gathered during this step are compiled into a project brief, which serves as reference point in all subsequent stages of project life-cycle.

In addition to domain-specific findings project brief also outlines:

    • Project timeline
    • The budget and
    • Key deliverables
  • Design

In this stage, the visual representations of website come to life. At first these are rough sketches such as sitemaps and wireframes. Gradually, through iteration and collaboration with client these wireframes evolve into highly detailed prototypes.

The main goal of this stage is to create design that is both intuitive and visually appealing strenghtening the connection between the product and its users. Once the visuals are complete final prototype is presented to the client for a final approval before any development begins.

  • Development

Building an actual web project often involves both front-end and back-end development and number of diverse tools and technologies. Beyond adhering to design specifications for visuals and functionality great emphasis is placed on performance, accessibility and SEO.

When development is complete, the project undergoes a thorough quality assurance (QA) process to ensure it meets all requirements and quality standards.

Following the QA, the client conducts his own user accceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the project aligns with their expectations. Any remaining issues are addressed immediately or deferred resolution afther the launch.

  • Deliver

This stage marks the most exciting moment of the project—the launch. However, launching is not the end of the journey.

It's common to establish a support and maintenance plan to ensure the product continues to function smoothly. Ongoing development may include adding new features to keep the product aligned with current market trends. Additionally, user analytics are implemented to identify potential issues in the user experience that need to be improved or resolved.
